Edgar Trevino is a professional bass fishing guide in Zimapan Lake. At an age of 22, he participates in the Central Mexico Tournament Circuit. In his first two appearances in tournament fishing he qualified to the 2007 and 2008 B.A.S.S. Bassmasters Mexico final tournament and to the 2007 and 2008 Mexico Sport Fishing Federation final tournament. Edgar fishes all styles but specializes in finesse techniques: Drop Shot, Shaky Head, Wacky, Split Shot... He has experience in other Mexican lakes such as Guerrero, El Salto, Cuchillo and Aguamilpa. His home lake is Zimapan.
